Kathy's Bunkhouse Roast

Ingredients

1 Bunkhouse Beef Roast

1/2 Bottle of Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce

2 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp flour

Directions

Roast:

Put roast in crockpot and cover with teriyaki sauce

Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours

Gravy:

In saucepan melt 2  tbsp butter on medium heat.

Stir in 2 tbsp flour.

Whisk in 2 cups of juice from roast beef, stirring until gravy reaches desired thickness.

Remove gravy from heat.

Pour gravy over mashed potatoes, and over sliced beef.
