Crockpot Fajitas
The bottom line on anything I cook is to have the meat tender and the vegetables NOT overcooked.
I like this method of making fajita meat because
-it combines quick cooked veggies with tender meat.
-it tenderizes the bottom round steak muscle, from which our fajita meat is cut.
-I can throw it into the crockpot and forget about it until I am ready to make our meal.

1-2# of Bunkhouse Beef fajita meat
½-1 onion, chopped
2-4 cloves of fresh garlic, crushed
1 sprig of fresh oregano leaves, chopped
Your combination of fajita spices:
Chili powder, cumin, hot pepper flakes, black pepper & salt.
Combine ingredients, cover in liquid (Beef broth, tomato sauce). Cook on low overnight.
